What is Style Tourista’s Return Policy?
With the exception of gift cards, prints & SALE items, you can return anything from the Style Tourista Online Store within 15 days of receipt.
Returns will NOT be paid out in cash rather as an exchange of another item or service in our website. The price value remains the same.
If the product arrived damaged, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery. If the issue lies within the delivery please ensure that you take a photo of it for us and keep the original box and tags.

What if an item arrives damaged?
Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below. Please provide the following information:
Your name
Order number
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
Wes may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label).
