• In Europe, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders above CHF/€100.• Currently, Style Tourista ships only to Switzerland and the European Union countries only. For other locations, please stay tuned as we expand our shipping destinations.• Standard processing & delivery time: 2-5 business days in Switzerland, 3-15 business days in Europe.• Pick up in the studio is possible by appointment, please contact us here.• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.• Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes.• Remember the actual product colors may not match the exact colors on your screen depending on monitor configuration.• Inventory: Switzerland

What's our return policy? You can return almost anything from our online store within 15 days of receipt, except for gift cards, prints, and SALE items. Returns are processed as exchanges for another item or service on our website. If your product arrived damaged, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery.
