How can I track my order?


If you want to know the status of your order, please send an email to info@styletourista.com with the following information: Your name Order number Product name and code (These can be found on your order confirmation email) If you don’t have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account and then by going to your ORDER page.




Delivery options


We mail all orders via Swiss Post. Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Standard delivery time: 1-5 business days in the US & Europe.




Payment options


We accept payments via PayPal and Credit card.




I received a faulty item, how do I return it?


We, unfortunately, don’t accept returns unless the product arrived damaged. If there is an issue with the delivery please ensure that you take a photo of it and keep the original box and tags. The complaint must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the package. Returns will NOT be paid out in cash rather as an exchange of another item or service in our website. The price value remains the same. You can reach us via email at info@styletourista.com for your return request. Please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code (These can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the fault
  • Description of the fault





My account

How do I set up a customer account at Style Tourista?


You can create an account using Login link in the top. You can use Facebook or Google to create your account, or sign up with email. Verify all fields marked with * correctly. Create a secret password and confirm the entry by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button. If you log in to your Styletourista.com account in the future, your password and e-mail address will be queried. In your customer account, you can view, change or supplement your information at any time. Of course, we adhere to the valid privacy policy and do not share your information with third parties.




Forgot your password?


You can reset your password on the login page. Enter the e-mail address you used to register with Style Tourista. We will send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password. It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to reach you. Please also check your spam folder.




Change my user data


From the MY ACCOUNT page, you have the ability to update your name, e-mail address, password, payment methods, and addresses.




Change address


Under ‘Addresses‘ in your customer account, you can customize your delivery and billing addresses. Has your address changed? Please adjust your address in the customer account before completing your order. For completed orders, the delivery address can not be changed afterwards.




Delete Customer Account


We’re sad that you’re leaving us, hope you’ll allow us to change your mind. But if you’re sure about this decision, feel free to write us at info@styletourista.com. If you moved to another country, then you do not need to create a new account or make a new registration. Simply update your address in your account page.





Returns

What is Style Tourista’s Return Policy?


We, unfortunately, don’t accept returns unless the product arrived damaged. If there is an issue with the delivery please ensure that you take a photo of it and keep the original box and tags. The complaint must be made within 15 days from the receipt of the package. Returns will NOT be paid out in cash rather as an exchange of another item or service in our website. What if an item arrives damaged?


Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below. Please provide the following information: Your name Order number You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost. Wes may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label). Order

Change or cancel order


We at Style Tourista want to satisfy our customers with fast delivery. So once an order has been placed and successfully checked out, it immediately gets processed, packed and dispatched. Because of this, we unfortunately are not able to allow cancellation of orders.




Price change


Your satisfaction is our top priority and we do our best to offer you a very good price-performance ratio. Our sales prices are determined exclusively on the basis of an independent, internal calculation. Unfortunately, we do not have a guarantee system for our prices – they are adjusted for different factors, as is common in the trade. These include, for example, the availability of an item, closing sales or even seasonal offers.




Place an order


Once you have decided on a design, color and size, you can put your desired item in the cart. Just click on the button ‘Add to Cart’. You will find an overview of all the items that you have reserved for your purchase including the total cost in the VIEW CART page. You can also calculate the estimated shipping cost. Once you’re ready, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.




How to proceed after the order?


Shortly after checkout, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with the order number. In your customer account, you can always check the details of your order under the ORDERS page. We will also e-mail you when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this e-mail you will also receive your shipment number. Enter this on the tracking portal of the shipping partner – so you have the delivery of your package always in view.




My wishlist


If you like an article but are not sure yet about buying it, add the item to your wishlist, so you can save it for your next purchase. Important to know: Please note, however, that items on the wishlist are not necessarily reserved. If you want to buy an item from your wishlist, you can put it directly from there into the shopping cart. After you order, the items will automatically be removed from your wishlist.





Shipping

How does my package come to me?


We ship your order with our shipping partner, the Swiss Post. As soon as your package has been handed over to them, you will receive the shipment number with the shipping confirmation. With this you can check the status of your shipment on their tracking portal.




How long does it take for my order to arrive?


Shipments within Switzerland usually takes 2-5 working days. Your package will be delivered from Monday through Saturday.





Payment

Payment Methods


At Style Tourista, you can choose between these secure payment methods: PayPal Credit card Bank transfer Once we have received your payment, we will e-mail you a confirmation and inform you about the current status of your order.




Payment by PayPal


Are you already a PayPal customer? Then you can log in to PayPal with your user data and make the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. The receipt of payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.




Payment with Credit card


With us you can pay conveniently and safely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, shopping at Style Tourista is secure by credit card.




Payment through Bank Transfer


If you wish to pay via bank transfer, contact us at info@styletourista.com. Be sure to include the following details: Your name Link to the item you want to buy Specific details (color, size, etc) We’ll reserve the items for you for only 5 days. As soon as payment is made, we will e-mail you a confirmation and inform you about the current status of your order. However, if payment is not made within 5 days, we’ll put the reserved items back to the shop.
