Ages 16+


Unit Assistant (16+) $110-130 per week (CGC/KPC/CP) The Unit Assistant assists in the operation of the camp unit and its programs to reflect the goals of the Girl Scout organization. The Counselor works cooperatively with the other unit staff to observe and supervise camper behavior; identify and respond to hazards; assist with planning and conducting program activities; assist campers in emergencies (fire, evacuation, illness, or injury); teach and promote respect for others; value and understand differences and similarities of campers and staff; and possess the strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of campers. Photo Journalist (16+) $110-135 per week (CGC/CP/KPC)
Primary duties include documenting campers’ activities through photos and updating the website daily to keep parents informed about camp fun, along with helping with the supervision and care of campers when needed. Occasional office duties may be required. Kitchen Aide (16+) $160-250 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Main responsibilities include dishwashing, general clean-up, sweeping, mopping, bathroom clean-up, trash removal and food prep. Camp Ranger Assistant (16+) $9-12 per hour (CP/CGC/KPC)
The Camp Ranger Assistant assists in maintenance of camp and facilities within established policies and procedures. The Camp Ranger Assistant will work with a variety of staff, parents and campers. The Ranger Assistant’s activities are performed in a rustic camp setting, on a variety of buildings, and in the outdoors with varying weather conditions.




Ages 18+


CIT Coordinator (20+) $225-350 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Responsible for training CITs to become staff, supervising unit staff, guiding and leading the staff in the care of the campers, facilitating activities and completing the necessary weekly paperwork. Preferred to be an approved camp driver, having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years.
Assistant Cook (18+) $250-400 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Ability to assist with preparing and cleaning up for large groups (150-250 campers and staff) meal service. Some cleaning and food prep responsibilities. Riding Instructor (18+) $210-300 per week (KPC)
Responsible for helping with the supervision and care of campers and horses along with facilitating ground and mounted riding lessons. Unit Leader (19+) $220-300 per week (CP/KPC)
Responsible for supervising unit staff, guiding and leading the staff in the care of the campers, facilitating activities and completing the necessary weekly paperwork. Unit Counselor (18+) $200-275 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Teach and guide campers in program areas and decision-making. Be a positive role model for young girls and put their needs first. This position could require you to assist in supervising campers on off-site trips. Adventure Specialist (18+) $220-300 per week (CGC/KPC)
Responsible for helping with the supervision and care of campers. Primarily facilitating high adventure activities such as the climbing wall, alpine tower, cooperation course and archery. Arts and Crafts Specialist (18+) $200-275 per week (CP/KPC)
Responsible for helping with the supervision and care of campers along with facilitating arts and crafts and creating unique crafting ideas




Ages 21+


Assistant Camp Director (21+) $300-400 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Responsibilities include supervising all camp staff and facilitating camp activities as needed. Responsibilities also include managing the camp store, the online registration system, the online paperwork system and council required camp reports. Must be an approved camp driver (having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years) and is responsible for other administrative duties.
Day Camp Director (21+) $275-400 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
The Day Camp Director is responsible for developing, facilitating, and overseeing all Day Camp operations, as well as driving the shuttle to pick up and drop off locations. Must be an approved camp driver, having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years. Day Camp and Weekend Director (21+) $275-400 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
The Day Camp and Weekend Director is a supervisory position for summer camp programs. This position will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the day camp program. Additionally, the Day Camp and Weekend Director is responsible for coordinating staffing and activities for all weekend programs that operate throughout the summer. Must be an approved camp driver, having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years. Program Director (21+) $275-400 per week (CGC/CP/KPC)
Program Director will be responsible for supervising program areas, organizing all all-camp activities and campfires, and other duties. Must be an approved camp driver, having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years. Food Service Manager (21+) $350-500 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Ability to organize, plan menus, order food, prepare food and supervise staff for an institutional kitchen. Direct food service operation for daily meals for 150-250 people. Supervise other kitchen staff, control food supply and maintain health code standards. Health Supervisor (21+) $275-500 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
Responsible for the health and safety of campers and staff, along with maintaining operations in the infirmary. Prefer registered nurse, EMT or LPN and have Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Business Manager (21+) $250-400 per week (CP/CGC/KPC)
The Business Manager directs the overall business operation of the camp Trading Post on a seasonal basis, including purchasing, customer service, and financial records. Additionally, this position is responsible for day camp shuttles, as well as other driving as needed during the summer. Other office duties as needed may be assigned by the Camp Director. The position involves considerable independent work as well as being an effective member of a team. Must be an approved camp driver, having held a valid U.S. license for at least 5 years.

  • Be a currently registered member of Girl Scouts of the USA or willing to become a member.
  • Believe in the mission of the Girl Scout movement.
  • Good character, integrity, adaptability, patience, sense of humor, and enthusiasm.
  • Be willing to live in staff tent or cabin near campers.
  • Have good time management, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to accept guidance and supervision and relate to one’s peer group.
  • Hold current certification in standard First Aid and CPR (unless employed in the kitchen).

  • Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, walking long distances, hiking, climbing, and stretching
  • Moderate lifting (up to 30 pounds).
  • Walking on uneven terrain, up and down hills for distances up to ½ mile.
  • Endurance to meet emergency needs.
  • Ability to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours (for counselor/program staff).
  • Ability to tolerate daily exposure to the sun, heat, and animals such as bugs, snakes, bats, etc.
